He told Harry his wife-to-be was "shallow, annoying and self-centered"
"Your future wife is shallow, annoying and
self-centered"
That's what Harry heard from Meghan’s
brother on the day before their wedding. Meghan Markle is truly hated by her
siblings. They weren’t even invited to the Royal wedding.
But why is their relationship so bad?
As soon as her engagement to Harry was
announced, Samantha had only good things to say about her half-sister Meghan.
But when she realized she wouldn’t be invited to the Royal wedding…
"If you can spend $75,000 on a dress, you can spend $75,000 on your dad."
Whereas her half-brother Thomas was way
harsher. He sent Prince Harry a letter.
"This is the biggest mistake in royal
wedding history."
Meghan’s father staged fake pictures… to" improve his image" in the media.
The sham was uncovered and didn’t please the
royal family.
Meghan Markle was accused of being a
gold-digger and was called a "social climber" by her half-sister.
But Meghan was rich before she met Harry.
Her fortune is estimated at 5 million pounds.
Meghan is the child of her father’s second
marriage. She was never close to her siblings. They hadn’t talked to each other
for about 10 years. Both took advantage of Meghan’s visibility for fame and to
make money.
But the Duchess didn’t cower. She never
refuted the attacks. But this wasn’t the 1st time she had to face
criticism. When their relationship went public, she was considered "nonstandard
to be engaged to a prince" for being a feminist, activist, divorced and
biracial. Harry has always defended her from the sexist and racist attacks.
And
Meghan overcame all the discrimination. She didn’t give up the activism when
she joined the Royal family. And moved the world with her first as a duchess.
"Everyone should be afforded the
opportunity to receive the education that they want. But more importantly, the
education that they have the right to receive. And for women and girls in
developing countries, this is vital."
There’ll always be people against us. But
Meghan reminds us that important thing is to move on, always believing in
yourself to be…an inspiration to the world.
